Ana joined the team in 2024, when she returned to her hometown of Rotorua. She initially took on the role of receptionist, where her professionalism and efficiency quickly became apparent.
Recognising her capability, Ana transitioned into an administrative role, where she provides support to the Practice Manager and assists with the onboarding of new clients while also supporting some of the day-to-day operations of the firm.
