BlackmanSpargo have received a premium award at the 2009 New Zealand Law Awards.

This year BlackmanSpargo were the supreme winners of the Legal Personnel Employer of Choice Award.

The criteria was a firm which: possesses a workplace culture that recognises the importance of work-life balance and a healthy working environment, ensures that its employees know that they are vital members of the team and facilitates the growth and development of all its employees.

The award was presented by Judith Eller, Director of Legal Personnel, at the ceremony at the Auckland War Memorial Museum.

BlackmanSpargo were also nominated for the Regional Law Firm of the Year and Boutique Law Firm of the Year awards.
